Need a photoshop-quality logo for my crew! HELP

Looking for any experience logo-makers out there. Needing somebody with photoshop skills, would like the outside of the logo to be transparent.

 

This is for a crew named "New Liberty Role Plays". We are a cops and civilians role play group.

You CAN make the outside of the emblem transparent in the emblem editor... Check the colours on the left, and there's one that's for the background colour. Pick the white block with the red line.
