Can they announce it first..now that it's ending the end of the month I would assume that it's not coming in April. I would expect an announcement in early May and then for it to be launched in mid May.

GTA O has been becoming stale.. just the same mess everytime I log on. It's fun screwing around and exploring with people but majority shoot on sight anyways so everything just turns into a big DM.

 

I'm not really sure what they could do at this point to put a fresh breath of air into it.. I mean a new landmass with forests would be awesome but with the way the map and coastline's setup I just have a hard time seeing them doing it, not even to mention how long it takes for them to release something as simple as a new car.

 

As soon as new vehicles are released everyone will have one making them not seem so great. Most weapons just feel like modified versions of old weapons, heists have been so overly hyped which crashed its became more a joke than something to look forward to.. I just don't really think R* has the manpower to fulfil what they set out to accomplish. GTA O has felt more like a beta waiting to reach it's actual potential than a stand alone ever-evolving title it was marketed to be.

 

Is there anything bigger than heists they have planned? Are they just going to keep pumping out re-skinned cars and weapons? It would definitely be nice to be kept out of the dark and know what's being planned for the future or atleast a check-in update on how incompetent they are at producing new content.

I agree, rolling in your cars finding someone to shoot at and kill, 2 people in car can almost guarantee you a shoot out. Apartments are boring as sh*t, people invite me... and im like for what to stand around and drink virtual alcohol and take selfies with each other yea f*ckin right, need a game room up in this bitch, maybe have your arcade games in the corner or a pool table something to make apartments worth staying in.

 

One more thing, I find it odd that running a big server like GTAO doesn't require a weekly maintenance or at least bi-weekly, most mmo have a maintenance to keep the servers running smoothly, no instead we have constant freezing, lagging, things can't even f*ckin render when your driving down the street its ridiculous. They don't care, there just sitting on money, long as its not costing them dime they won't do sh*t! See how fast they rushed to fix that creator glitch, thats going to cost them money...oh no we gotta fix that! Right now rockstar can go to hell for all I care they spit in your face..let me..share something with you..this is a prime example of what big companies do.

And I say this not because it's almost the end of April, I've been telling this since the beginning of this month. They are not gonna blow two updates (capture creator and HLU) in the same month while they promote them as the part of a spring update (last time I checked, spring was more than just April and a little bit of May).

 

Everyone expected them to release the capture creator somewhere around 8th-11th of April, then HLU somewhere like 22nd-29th of the same month, and let me guess, something like May 6th for heists, right? Should have learned how R* do these things by now, the company that defines "very soon" as a time frame anywhere between 2 and 6 months in their dictionary.

 

Now we even have a new Snapmatic contest (hurray for that), it should keep us busy until the end of April. After that being done, we will get the first verified capture jobs to keep us going, and then they finally give us the High Life somewhere around the second or third week of May.

I'm pretty sure Tuesday has never followed Wednesday and never directly preceded a Friday, maybe I've missed some odd weeks somewhere when this occurred but I'm 99% sure your reliable statement is fairly unreliable... :\

What's the tuesday after the 29th? The 6th? Well, I choose that one, just for NO apparent reason at all, just cause. It's a tuesday, so I'll just keep on guessing and NOT wait patiently while keeping my hopes normal so I won't be dissapointed because it eventually, inevitably won't come out on that date because it's just ANOTHER TUESDAY and has no reason or evidence why it's more likely to come out THEN instead of even last week or the next

Rockstar mentioned they have no release date planned for the next update. If people are that desperate for new content, you need to start doing other stuff. Play a different game, go outside, watch TV, just be patient.
