Not really. That was the time of countless bounties and tanks everywhere. And teams of glitchers winning death matches because they'd use all their rockets and explosives because they didn't care if they lost more money than they would make.

 

We still have the tanks and the bounties and plenty of assholes who ruin players' fun with or without glitches. The only things we don't have are the billions. And fun.

Garand has a sensitive action system, mosins are pretty durable, you mean arisaka* those are sh*t... mauser never shot nor a springfield or enfield, heard enfields are decent rifles

I just play the game, read the newswire/patch notes, and install the dlc.

I don't care about youtube, the game speaks for itself.

I've never been off the grid information wise either = google / reliable sources and cross referencing information, takes about 5 minutes.

Good ol' Enfield has served Britain well, though the L85 is a much better choice.

 

On topic: I played GTA IV a week ago and joined a full lobby. So this game definitely isn't dying.

Just look at FC3, I think there's around 10 people playing according to their stats. GTA:O is doing fine.

I agree, the game needs new content as well as an improvement on some existing components.

 

However, I feel that the frame work is solid and can be built upon.

 

I think that after heists are released, I think the mission creator needs to be added, as well as an overhaul of the mission system in general.

I think the missions need to be a series of smaller story arcs, of 5-7 missions with a clear story, from begining to end, so it feels like your character is truly interacting with the contact, going through being introduced, helping them with their personal story and conclusion and introduction to the next contact, to give you the feel of really progressing through the criminal underworld from small petty stuff all the way to the big time crimes.

 

and with that kind of structure, the mission creator would allow players to create new missions for existing contacts and even create their own contacts, with their own stories, and allow players to tell their own stories.

 

this way R* can verify entire contacts and story lines and add them to the verified list and as time goes on, the players would populate the game world with their own stories as well as R*'s and this allows R* to essentially crowd source the missions, and able to put more focus on other things players can't, like new game mechanics and things like that.

I am finally starting to get a little bored, after 300 hours or so. I wish they would come out with some new missions, I would say that it shouldn't be that hard to throw a few together but I still get failed sometimes after completing the correct objectives on the ones that they have so obviously there's some trick to it that they can't figure out. There is still plenty to do though you just have to have some imagination. As far as Dom is live saying that he just puts up glitches because that's what his subs want, a child pornographer could use the same argument. Just because there is a demand for something doesn't absolve the purveyor of that thing from any wrong doing. Although I have nothing against the guy, people are going to glitch no matter what so if it helps him with his YouTube channel I don't really care. But the justifications are wrong, as all justifications always are.

Thanks for posting my video, I think there's a huge misconception about me, I'm a gamer and I love GTA and I also have a YouTube channel that I have to provide content for, if my subs want glitches then that's what I give them, you guys may not like my content for whatever reason, glitches or you hate me or you may think I'm horrible at youtube lol and that's fine. (everyone has their own opinion)

 

When I upload a wall breach I'm thinking to myself let me show my subs this cool spot, but your point of view could be you thinking I'm trying to ruin the game or he's a money whore and just want views, that's something I don't want to do, I love doing this, I get paid to play and upload GTA content, and that's something I'm thankful for.

 

whether you guys feel about me is fine, I am different from other youtubers I'm not scared to troll a troll or come to these forums even though I'm hated here. but I'm just letting you guys know I'm not going away from the forums, I'm still going to be around so get use to me, over the next few weeks I'm going to start hosting lobbies to met and chat with people from the forums that may want to get to know me, join the lobbies if you like or hate if you want.

It all depends on what you are doing with it, and how much you are willing to pay for ammo...

 

I love both my Enfield and my Arisakas (I have both the 6.5mm type 38 and the 7.7mm type 44), but ammo is just so ridiculously expensive that it pisses all of the fun out of shooting the Arisaka.. by the way, I have both early model Arisakas and not the junk "last ditch" models.... The next one I buy will be a Mosin, but my holy grail is either a 1903 Springfield or an M-1 Garand...
