You can have this view at online if you sit next to the pilot in Titan...

 

But I never see it while I am a pilot...

 

I never see this view at cars too... But it looks really good...

Its just tweaking the vehicle camera .csv file with coordinates of the players eyes are. can easily be done in Microsoft Excel. thats how all of the camera views in vehicles are added. back in gta 4 there were like 20 per vehicle

Yes only when your the PASSENGER not if your the pilot.

I loved going first person whilst on a taxi/train ride in IV. Cannot quite fathom why they didn't bring the feature forward to V
