I convinced a kid to fully mod a car and bring it back out to me so I could "put a mod on it for him". "Put a mod" reads: go back into LSC and sell it for 100k

 

Afterward I sent him a text that said the car would be in his garage, I drove away and the Good behavior message and 2k popped up. I couldn't agree more.

I was feeling pretty assholish so I went on a twanker rampage for a solid 45 minutes. After blowing up countless PVs, spawnkilling a good 80% of the lobby, and being a general waste of oxygen, I got the 2k good behavior Stipend. Never felt so conflicted in my life.
