Israel is here to stay, and as a world power. well if being a 'world power' consists of being totally subsidised by other countries then sure. It's a cultural / clash of civilization conflict, not a political conflict. The Arabs don't want Jews. Period. They made it clear when they supported Hitler. The Arabs want to destroy Israel, and Israel defends itself. and the best way to defend yourself is by blowing up the municipal buildings of your enemies! Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists use those buildings as a base four launching rockets at Israeli civilians. Israel has right to defend itself. They're the only ones who have free access to courts to defend their interests, the only ones who enjoy legal protection of their rights and have universal suffrage. Israeli Arabs have a higher standard of living, both in terms of education and health care than any other Arab country in the Middle East. Israeli Arabs are simply the best-treated political minority in the Middle East.
