Yeah, the Shovel (different shovel from the ones in OP), Fireaxe, Loudhailer, Fire Extinguisher, Wrench, and Lasso were all going to be melee weapons, but were cut.

You should absolutely be able to access these items to be used as melee weapons... No doubt!

Without a shadow of a doubt, these items should be usable melee weapons, a pathetic cop out that they aren't, so lazy.

Gone are the days of the PS2 era having a decent amount of melee weapons and limbs being severed.

and then throw them or use them as melee weapons.

We should have access to a lot of the smaller objects like brooms, bricks, motorcycle helmets etc..

 

Imagine having a rope or wire to strangle people. A nice quiet way to do business.

 

There's deffinitely places on the map chainsaws should spawn. It's not like a chainsaw would be out of place or anything in GTA V. We should be able to find one in like grapseed, the lumber mill or more north of Paleto bay in the woods somewhere.

 

Flamethrower anyone? Stick it somewhere in the tower in fort zancudo. Another nice little toy for us to break in an steal.

 

More creative things to stab people with like screwdrivers, or a box cutter or something. I mean they gave us a broken bottle. So why not?

Id love for there to be more melee weapons. Perhaps a baseball bat with spikes as a sort of improvised mace?

I would love to be able to smash chairs over people. Also garden gnomes would be funny to smash on someones head.
