I've noticed that the Family settings can block the access for Snapmatic.

As an input; have you ever changed anything on your Xbox back in the days? Maybe reset it or something?

Go under the "Troubleshooting" section of the forums and your answer would most likely be there. If not, start a new topic in there and await a solution
