After serving his country for 10 years, former Army Soldier AxFATxBabyx76re decided that he rather fight the battle at home instead of somewhere overseas. He has seen a lot and heard a lot. But he wasn't quite prepared for the battle raging in Los Santos and Blaine County. Just a simple walk down the street he would see drugs being sold to children and women being raped. Of course the LSPD were there any second but the next day the criminals were back on the street. He was tired of it, he was tired of looking down the street watching some innocent person get killed for no reason. He knew he had to make a decision, either stand by and let the violence go on or stand up and actually defend the same streets that he grew up on, the same streets he fought for overseas. That is why Victor Shield was created, we were created to destroy these monsters that are out there. We are the justice now out on the streets and We will not stop until we have the blood on our hands. The mission is never over.
