New Apartment Possible Location w/ Pictures

Hi guys!

I was watching through GTA youtube videos and found a video with a picture showing the interior of a new apartment. I was wondering where it was located, so I took a trip in my helicopter, and after an hour or so, I was able to localize the apartment.

 

This is the picture i found:

 

And this is my picture from the chopper:

 

 

If you compare the pictures below, you can see that it is the same building in the background, just that they are from another angle, because the picture taken by me is not inside tha actual apartment..

I like the idea of having an apartment in the city center. Not big on living on a building called Schlongberg Sach.
