Pls help me to mod a car in GTA: LCS in PSP.. i have LCS Extract IMG Tool but i dont get it how to use it.. i want to mod a rumpo and pony car into jeepney

Slapping a jeepney into a console GTA game is, I'm afraid, next to impossible. That's what the PC ports of GTA games are for.
