What Is Your Most Epic Bounty Kill?

What is the most epic way you've manged to collect a bounty on another player(s) whether it be on accident or you were on the hunt for them.

 

If you have one of each by that i mean one where you got an accidental bounty killer of another player(s) and then the actual hunt of the bounty you manged to kill.

 

Accidental One: I was a level 15 and i found a titan at the airport so i decide to get in it and cruise around i wasn't actively looking for the person with the bounty i had no clue they were in a plane when all the sudden i see this guy come up and over the mountain in a jet only to hit my wings of the Titan blowing him up and awarding me the bounty and strangely enough the wing didn't shear off but the engine stopped working but i was able to glide it and land it at the Sandy Shores Airfield

 

The Hunted: I was in a session with only 5 or 6 other people and they happened to have the same crew tag i didn't pay much attention until they came and ganged up on me and all but maybe 1 or 2 had bounties on them and after they killed me around 10 times they deiced to go and do something else.

 

I decide to get payback so i got into a helo and went to the military base and got a jet and i saw them all gathering @ Los Santo International Airport so i hightailed it over there and just as i got there i saw that they were all in a Luxor and taking off so i turned around and i fired two rockets both hit dead on and i got credited for all 6 kills and got around $45,000 for the bounties i collected and back then that was a lot of money for a low level player

Nothing really epic, one time I just accidentally crash landed (and died) on top of the guy with the bounty. Hell, I wasn't even paying attention to it, I was just trying to flee from the fuzz closing in on me.

 

Caused the entire nearby players to laugh...even the guy with the bounty.

Well, I guess the one as the hunted was where I had a 9k one on me & decided to wait it out by Del Perro pier. Suddenly a guy in a buzzard comes into the picture. What's awesome is that he didn't use rockets, he suckered me out with the Gatling guns with almost surgical aim. He actually played around with me (destroyed my car, cornered me) before dealing me the killing blow.

Rather than being pissed i was almost clapping.

I was near the custom shop by the airport and there was a crew of people all with bounties, on top of that really tall building in downtown. They had a maverick which I could see for some reason. I started shooting the helicopter with the 50 cal. eventually it exploded killing them all I was amazed

One time i was sniping a chopper with the heavy sniper and after 4 random shots the chopper blew up. I was sniping at him thinking nothing would happen. Got his bounty

A random player and I were going after a bounty, but he had a tank so naturally we both, unknowing of the tank, were blown up initially.

 

I went off radar so the tanker with the bounty went after the random. I started putting c4 on a buffalo when the random spawned in close to me. I thought "goddammit there goes 5 sticky bombs.." But no, he came up and placed his own on the car too, and let me drive off. I went for the bounty and, luckily, his tank was smoking. I rammed the car in the back of him and detonated, killing him, and earning me the 9k. I decided to split it with the random and we went our seperate ways.

Well... i was roaming on my Stinger GT one day when i saw a guy with a bounty on the map near to me, so i start driving too fast and I realized he had not moved in about 10 min, so i park my Stinger near and walk slow to the guy, then I shot at him but he didn't react so i started punching him until he pulled out his shotgun, I move a little and gave him the final punch ... just EPIC!

Shot the tail propelor off the helicopter the bounty was trying to flee in, so he jumped out with a parachute and i mowed him down just as he landed, sending him in the air again a few feet.

I caused a traffic jam with my buzzard on this bridge he was driving his Bati on. Crashes into a car flys off like 30 feet, without locking on to him I send a missile to him right before he gets on his bike.

Too many epic bounty stories to recount, one recent one that was particularly satisfying was when I sniped a wall-glitcher out.

 

He was in the hair salon wall breach, I tried going in passive but he killed me the second I disabled it, I tried blowing him out of the wall with a tank but unfortunately I couldn't(I have blown people out of the wall on other wall glitches) He kept messaging me stuff too.... after about 40 minutes I was about to give up when I remembered my Heavy Sniper kicks ass(I actually don't know how I came up with this but it worked first try XD) I propped myself up on a roof adjacent to the hair salon, I aimed what I believed was straight at him judging by the minimap and I pressed the trigger, shot him right out of the wall and claimed the bounty! Right on time too, he would have survived it.

 

So this works about 100% of the time since I got my friend to go into the wall to try if I could repeat, worked like a charm

i sniped a guy that simply sitting in his car.

 

the catch, i was next to the prison, his car was on top of the hill close to the wind farm, on top of being a awesome shot, it was a 50million bounty!

I was trying to get car bomb kills to get the "Trust No One" tatoo. I randomly brung up my map, and I saw a lone red dot at the docks near Simeon's garage. I grabbed an Asterope, rigged it with an ignition bomb, and drove down to the docks. I turned on passive mode and parked the car close enough to the guy where he could see me, but I didn't park too close, or he would have been able to gun me down easily. I got out of the car and I saw the guy walking towards me. He got out his gun, and tried to shoot me, but because I was in passive mode, the bullets didn't affect me. Probably frustrated, the guy got into the Asterope in order to try to run me over, but he got blown up with the ignition bomb. I claimed the bounty and got $3000. Before the guy could find me, I jumped into the water before passive mode ran out. The guy tried to look for me, but he was probably still above me. Eventually, he left.

I was with a group of friends and we planned on jumping onto a train and getting a wanted level and having a cop battle. I missed the train and had to chase it down in my phoenix. I was speedimg past it on the left so i could get in front of it and jump on. Meanwhile, one of my friends in the flatbed car, who had a $9k bounty, accidentally fell off the train right into the windshield of my speeding car. Wasted!

 

We laughed about that for quite sometime. We couldn't have timed it that good on purpose, lol.

This was during the time of the hacked billion dollar bounties. I was tailing one of them out to sandy shores and finally cornered um. Started shooting at dude, but had god mode. Guy wanted to be tough and walked up to me and killed me with a melee. When I re-spawned another dude with a billion dollar bounty was across the train tracks shooting at him too from a distance. The god mode dude wanted to be tough again and was just walking up to the dude to try kill him with a melee but I sniped the other dude and collected the billion then high tailed it out of there haha.

Not that epic but i spawned from a deathmatch and there was someone with a bounty near me. I realised they were in a chopper andlooked up with my sniper rifle to see them trying to land on top of a high building. I had one pot shot due to the distance and got them first time. I would have been annoyed at that!!

then, i shot off the back rotor of the annihilator making it crash into the bounty dude lol

to make things even funnier, there was some dunce in a tank trying his best to spray him with his L1 button glued down, so after i claimed the bounty, i used whatever time i had left to drive-by stickybomb his tank (1 bomb did it, his tank was already f*cked)

Claimed a 9k bounty on a friend. We was escaping on my bike and some how I managed too turn so close to a lamp post that the post hit him in the head.

He died instantly. I just continue driving, 9k richer.

It all started trying to claim a bounty near Pillbox Hill. I was driving in my Jester while some other player was trying to claim the same bounty, but I got it first. After claiming said bounty, I made my way toward the subway tunnel next to the construction site on Alta St. and drove underground for a while, bumped into a gang attack, cleared it and kept driving until I came out of the tunnel in Mission Row (right where Rooftop Rumble starts), and I saw that another player with a bounty was camping inside the LSC in La Mesa.

I made my way over the bridge (Adam's Apple Blvd) and there were at least two other people camped outside LSC waiting for this guy to come out, so I kept driving and parked my car on the Olympic Freeway, (the entrance of LSC was to my right, and right before LSC there's a big warehouse) jumped from the freeway onto the warehouse roof and decided to camp there with my sniper rifle. Shorty after, two more players showed up, and even one with a tank, all patiently waiting for this guy to come out, but he wouldn't budge. After a few minutes, everyone left and I knew it was my time to strike, so I called Lester to hide my blip, jumped down from the roof and laid three sticky bombs on the floor right outside the LSC gate so that there would be enough ground covered to blow him up whenever he came out. I had enough time to climb back onto the roof of the warehouse, get onto the ramp and get back in my car before the 1 minute timer ran out.

Right when I got back to the car, another player showed up and camped behind a wall, and right at that moment, the guy with the bounty decided to come out, but his car spawned a few feet away from the entrance, making me think I lost my chance. The guy behind the wall must've scared him off, because the player with the bounty backed up towards the sticky bombs and there was my chance. They went off one after the other in a domino effect, and the last one caught him, blew up his car and I got the bounty.

I was flying in a Jet near downtown, and I spot a bounty not far away, I went there and the guy was in a Buzzard, so I approached too fast and somehow I managed to destroy the Buzzard propellers or something, then it exploded right after, it was awesome since I didn't even know how I did it, and the Jet wasn't damaged.

Back when I was a low-level, just unlocked the sniper rifle - was taking a chopper ride back into the city from Sandy Shores when two guys with bounties started steamrolling everything around them. One in a tank, the other providing cover for him in a Buzzard.

Parked the chopper (Maverick - hence why I didn't just shoot the Buzzard down) on a rooftop just north of Simeon's, and watched the carnage, then realised that the Buzzard guy was distracting people from getting a decent shot at the tank driver. Couldn't do much against the Rhino, but if I could just pop off a decent headshot on his buddy...

The guy was bobbing and weaving far too much, and using the buildings as cover, and if he saw me/if I missed the shot, I'd probably be toast - then he swings round, clearly spots me...

...and he's given me the split-second of clear sight I needed. To quote Garrus Vakarian, "scoped and dropped!".


(made all the sweeter by the other players realising that the tank's aerial support had been taken care of, and promptly teaming up on the poor shmuck - kaboom!)

Hunter:

I was in a normal, unarmed chopper and he was on foot, running down the beach. He stopped and opened fire. I flew straight at him and jumped out of the chopper just feet from the ground. The chopper hit him, exploded, and I walked away without a scratch.

 

Hunted:

I had my first bounty on my head, and my escape route all planned for just such the occasion. I sped to the helipads by the marina and jumped into a chopper. Another player was already in his own Frogger and chased me to the pier. I parachuted out, landed on the beach, swam out to a jet ski, and sped into the tunnel. I hung out there for a few minutes until the other guy stopped hovering around and left, then proceeded down the waterways back to the helipads, where I grabbed another chopper and landed on top of the Maze Bank.

 

I camped up there for a while before the guy in the Frogger showed up again. I opened fire with my assault rifle and he went down. A little while he later, he tried parachuting down at me from above, but I picked him off pretty easily.

 

Then things strangely quieted down. I kept an eye on the radar for any blips coming at me, but the coast was clear. My adversary had apparently given up and it looked like I had this thing in the bag.

 

Then I heard the plane engine. I spun around just in time to see a Mallard flying straight at me, apparently in some Lester-bought stealth. Unfortunately, he hit my chopper and exploded, killing himself a split second before the explosion killed me - so he didn't get the bounty.

 

I had maybe 5 minutes left on the timer, but I had so much fun that I would've sent the poor guy the $9000 myself if I had known how.
