Free Roam without the police, player blips, or time progression

Lol, the thread title is cut off and it makes it seem like OP tried this game mode and its a POS.

On a serious note though, sounds like a POS. all it seems you can do is rampage against NPCs without the cops coming. If you want to battle other players without cops , they have deathmatches for that. What can you really do? Sounds boring.

Just my opinion anyway, I'm sure someone would find a use for it

You can explore in free roam and the police won't bother you unless you start shooting or stealing cars. Start an invite only session, get in your pv, and drive around and explore. Only thing I can see it being good for is if you wanna walk around fort zancudo without being hassled

I'm going to be making some minor adjustments to the map here in a bit, playtesting it with my dad, and i see a couple of issues with the spawns, and police respawn points.

Okay, spawning issues have been fixed, rooftop officers use cover and respawn normally now. Going to replace the dirt bikes with a different type of vehicle on account that you respawn on a dirt bike when you die.

Doing some more tweaks to the map, the spawning wasn't just how I wanted it, I also added some helis and planes to the Super Market parking lot down the street. (Don't worry, you have ample space to take off. They're Vestras and stunt planes.)
