Well, in one of the last updates, a "Coming Soon" sign appeared on a banner in front of the casino. People have reasonable ideas about the casino like, "We now get to gamble", "Its going to be for minigames". Well, I noticed the sign appeared around the time thy started talking about heists. The sign has been there for about 3 months now. In all seriousness and to repeat some ideas, the casino will most likely be its own entity with the probability of heists at it. Speculation of the audio suggest we will be able to 'check it out', which implies we can play the games as well as scope the joint for other reasons as there are multiple antagonists suggesting to check it out. Most people began noticing it about 3 months ago, and that it appeared at least 3 months ago (as in probably further back. Sorry for any confusion). I've only heard any concern over the banner when the audio was leaked which was about 3 months ago. maybeanotherone Posted April 23, 2014 Share Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) from what i can tell the only thing that changed was the beach tower. i think some billboards and bus stops adverts changed too, but i'm not sure if they are not made to randomly switch over back between the same ones. if R* was adding stuff, i'm just saying you'd also have the wider known wall breaches covered by now. but nope, the whole Richmond Heights/Koreatown area is like a swiss cheese.
