Increase in retarded people during missions?

I just don't understand why someone would try to ruin the mission because they didnt get to do the driving?

 

And then restart and do everything normal because they got to drive.

 

They do it because they're assholes. They go online with the intent of abusing people. And has been noted previously in this forum: assholes online are assholes in real life.

Honestly just do the same back to them, if you can't play the way you want to play, why should they be able to? Kill the pricks and do the mission alone or wait for them to leave before you finish.

I often wonder about peoples mental health while playing missions with others.

 

I've noticed an increase in people just doing really stupid things that from what I can see is a sort of jealousy?

 

Recently did the mission where you have to take a tanker from the top of a hill to a gas station from The Lost, We fought our way through the bad guys, and I was first to the tanker so was driving.

 

The next thing I know, some dumbass and his friend are in their car throwing sticky bombs at the tanker I'm driving (useless I know) and trying to ram me off the road.

 

As far as i'm aware I've done nothing to them, not accidently hit one while driving the tanker out or something.

 

So eventually the tanker blows up and the mission restarts and they go off into the tanker, and drive normal and attempt to do the mission just fine, till the douchbag crashes it.

 

What the hell seriously?

 

This isn't the first, I've noticed a few people on the Rooftop Rumble mission have tried ramming me off the road when I've collected the package and decided not to get in their car and want to drive my car instead, So they start ramming you?

 

Why?

 

I can't see them just trying to ruin peoples game as when they have the package/Are driving they do the mission properly.

It's all in an attempt to make you mad. Misery loves company.

I don't do jobs with randoms anymore, unless it's survival, because i'll survive, they'll die.

Crew and friends ftw. Best way to avoid trouble, is to avoid trouble.

I've noticed it recently too. I'm not sure if people are simply getting bored? I've had people grab the wanted item, drive to the drop off and just sit there honking. Definitely not intending on finishing the mission. Like you I really do not understand what is going on the minds of some people. I once had a guy join my mission 3 times in a row and blow up the wanted helicopter. He wasn't even on the mic, so its not to show off or to look cool in front of anyone, it was just the two of us, so rather disturbing.

COVETED has the problem of players hating on the first Granger. Some people will shoot out the tires, others will simply RPG it right at the get go. There's plenty of time to snipe. Don't hate on my Granger, man.

Yesterday I was sent to the mission "Landing Strip" twice. In the first try I reach where the plane is and the other guy stops midway. I end dying and after that he goes to the place, keeps fighting and eventually goes to the plane, flies a bit and then crashes it.

 

The second try everything went fine till we got the plane, then the pilot started flying low and left, making the plane crash.

 

Other than that, I was playing RR with some strangers and once someone got ran over and the documents taken from him. But here at least they completed the mission and it happened once.

 

Then in another session a guy invited us to RR and was so cool that he always called a MW chopper to deliver the documents. Sometimes making some funny situations where after landing the chopper started hitting the house and electric poles and exploding with us only to be interrupted by the cutscene with everyone like nothing happened

The mission where you have to land the plane down at the port was funny.

4 planes blew up trying to land, I managed to land mine and a car was blocking me, I decided to get out to move the car.

Then my team mate gets into the plane chops me up and proceeds to ascend into the sky, everyone on mic was deriding the dude.

But to his fairness he managed to get it down.

For every relatively normal player I meet, I encounter 10 who are a bit slow and/or stupid.

Yep I've encountered some proper dumbasses that start running people over during the mission but stay to get the RP + Cash. The worst for me's when I'm hosting a job I've made and some high-pitched little embryo(kid) joins and says something along the lines of " Hey put it on owned weapons" or "Turn the kills of and put it on 30 minutes"

 

In which I reply "Did you say your wanting kicked?....OK"

This. This is exactly what goes through my mind when someone is trying to constantly kill me in a mission, they are high or drunk, attempting to troll or all three/ pick a couple..they are something! Oh, and always always bored. Either way It never works on me, I am smarter than the average troll.
