I think Big L is lyrically fantastic and had some good songs, but generally speaking he was a pretty repetitive and dull song writer. He definitely never made the type of anthems Biggie and Pac did. Following on from that, Biggie was pretty one dimensional especially compared to 2Pac. Pac is one of the greatest artists of all time, not just in hip-hop. I dunno' I could never really listen to too much Tupac past a couple of tracks like Hail Mary and such. He's great but boring, Big L's lyricism blows him out of the f*cking water, Ebonics is one of the greatest Hip-Hop tracks of all time. People like to talk up Tupac like crazy and it's no doubt he was good, but he's nowhere near the best of all time and gets boring super quick, it's just the reputation that's associated with him that brings so many people into that line of thought. L was an emcee Pac was a storyteller. He was an east coast rapper obsessed with the west coast and G-funk is meh. The-King is right about Big L, seriously if any of you haven't heard his music before then I advise you go check him out. Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous is the most underrated album in my opinion.
