B Dawg
Intel HD Graphics? Why didn't you get a laptop that has a dedicated video card? CPU is good and could use a lil more RAM I think.
EditingYourMouth
You're crap-top is no where close to enough to play this ram-raper. My specs : CPU - Intel Core i7-9000k GPU - Nvidia Geforce GT 960 12GB RAM - 16GB (8X8) No Doubt.
RazorRain
The ones I use are -nomemrestrict, -reservedApp 0, -norestrictions. It will not damage your pc in any way. Use -reservedApp 0 works well with 64bit windows. Another one is -refreshrate 50, -framelimit 1. This will cap the game at 50fps and for this to work well you need to check first and set your monitor to 50hz by advanced display settings. This has reduced sudden frame drops for me and game is much smoother. Then check fps in game by FRAPS. Hope this helps.
