What's the deal with the buildings being so ridiculously out of scale? Just look at those doors from the first picture.

 

Door texture will be resized or replaced.

About big doors & windows.

Today i was playing Saints Row The Third and saw some buildings with big doors and windows.

Only 3 buildings at this shots but ingame you can find more buildings like this.

I had seen such building at architecture forum. It was proposed for Hamburg if i don't mistake.

Contrary to others' opinions, I'm going to say that your retextured vehicles don't fit GTA's atmosphere. The camo pattern is too clean and plain, while the rest, which is the the flag, lights, metals and wheels have some... Depth and "lighting". Look at the original vehicle body textures - they all have shadows and lights drawn on them, so in-game they look more natural and way more complex than they actually are.

You should use them as references and maybe combine your camo pattern with them. Also, I'd add some dirt, scratches, etc. It's really basic graphic designing - all you have to know is how layer modes work and how to scale materials. However, if you don't know that, I'd recommend to leave it for now, practice and then, when you master basics, come back and do everything once again, the good way. As I always say - practice makes perfect :)

I know I'm slow. But I try to find balance between quality and fast made vehicles. For now it's first school bus for GTA as I can remember. At least for GTA III.

No. I don't work on the Toyota. I have another work to do, and I'm not sure now that we need small Yaris. I will make Toyota, but something bigger, like Camry or Corolla.
I don't know what is Type D bus, but as I can suppose, it's flatnose bus. I thought I'd made wrong choose when I was working on this bus, because I hardly found any photos of this model and thought it's pretty rear, but I changed my mind when I saw this bus in Terminator trailer.

Go with the Camry, its should be easy to convert from Forza. You should also make a Taxi variant.

Yeah, Type D refer to Cab Over bus. Well, they aren't that rare but not common either. But the only Type D I see are BlueBird T/C so i'm surprise to see that Thomas made one.

 

About bus, you should convert Carface GM Classic to replace the Coach.

Yes, they are making new Terinator Genisys movie.

is official trailer and there is the Thomas bus can be seen.

Thanks for explaining about Type D. I don't know why I choose this Thomas, not Thomas on International chassis or Blue Bird or something else, but it's finally complete.

 

Toyota will be later, now I started to work on vans and I hope I'll make all models that are common for North America: Ford E-series (150, 250 or 350 I still don't know), Dodge/Freightliner Sprinter and Chevolet Express/GMC Savanna.

I tired of buses so replace for Coach will be later too. I don't want to ask Carface permission, so I made my own bus, maybe Orion.

Not so fast. After completing Commercial District i will make Industrial Area and after that i will make Suburb area with cottage stuff and private houses.

About this buildings and unusual map. I want to make something new. I mean - i pretty tired about modifications that saving original gta3 atmosphere. Yeah this is nice but sometimes you want something new. Something different. So me and Mr.Cop (and some other Russian Guys) decided to make this modification.

Meanwhile there is LCPD police cruiser has emerged. I tried to make everything that has to be done. Available in here
Police Cruiser for KCPD will be updated and will get new paint scheme 'panda-car'.
