Maybe but not for Non-Russian forums.

 

I just call some musicians: Queen Adreena, Marnie Stern, Deftones, The White Stripes, Dead Kennedys, Suicide, Johny cash. Not all but you can image game atmosphere with this music. I know that GTA3 HD uses radiostation with commercial/licensed tracks but i dont want to upload this stations if it against the copyright.

i just went through the whole topic, what i found is some really good work. Loving the city, just some buildings need to be non blocky. But still you are doing nice work. Just one question is mod going to be HD? And you should add the prelight early coz it will be hard work in the end but its your choice what you like to do first. Can't wait for final version.

Thanks man. I dont know what you mean under "HD" but modification use different textures. 256x256 (not too much) 512x512 (basic resolution) 1024x1024 & 2048x2048 (for kind of models that you will see very often during the gaming). Models also can be with many polygons. But if you can give an example of "HD" model i will try to make something like it.

lots of different Genres and Styles by many underground artists... all you would have to do is pick songs for different radio stations

 

 

Maybe I could make a radio station for you.

Why would we copyright be a issue we aren't making profit of it >.<.

because Record companies are greedy assholes... I hate dealing with them... especially after they denied my request to use a song for my zombie game a while back...

As you can see this car replacing Corpse. Maybe for Manana replacing will be Dodge SX 2.0. It has same base just like original Corpse and Manana.

As Ilya has said, Dodge SX 2.0 will replace Manana. It's took much time for me to remade some details in original Chrysler Neon to make 2003 Dodge SX 2.0. But now it's done and completely ready to drive through the streets of Kostygov City.
P. S. I use GTA III HD for screens, so don't ask or talk about anything around the car because it's not a deal. I don't use Kostygov City for screens because it's still under construction.

Some advices:

First, about the buildings. floors aren't being scaled properly. As a Building Technician student, i would advice you some real-world measurements that can be used ingame:

 

Average floor-to-floor height: 3,3 meters (Or 3.3 units)
Average door sizes: 2,10m(height); As width: 0,70 or 0,80m(indoor), 0,90 or 1m (outdoor)

Windows are put 0,90m above the floor (or you can use player pelvis as a reference)

 

When i do buildings, i put a human model into the scene by reference. It helps a lot, and i assume the character has 1,80m.
