IIRC you are paid back half the cost of the property you're vacating, and you keep the difference if the new property costs less than what you get back. But once multi property ownership comes out, my 10 current cars are going into storage so I can keep them while I live in a 6 car apartment. So many neon and chrome cars out there. Most of them look like something the love child of buck Rodgers and Ronald McDonald would drive. Sad really. Saw a Aston Martin vanquish the other day in real life, heavy ass twenty+ inch rims on it. I almost burned it to the ground. So these "swagaholics" do exist in the real world. That's why they all look so stock XD I went to go and pick up my Prairie from the impound and I found a midnight blue Entity parked next to it w/ turquoise dollar sign rims.
