R* finally replied. Refunded 795,000 GTA$.

I also got a refund from R*. They refunded me $1.25 million because I had to buy a Banshee 9 times before getting the hardtop version that I wanted. I wasted a total of $840k, so they actually gave me a little extra, which was nice. I basically got all free modifications for it right after.

it took me a couple tries to get a coquette without the top. i wanted to get a infernus without the spoiler but that would of been too risky

 

Try it anyways man. You know, they were ignoring me at first, but I posted a question on Rockstar's support forum, and I got reply THAT day.

As long as you post on the week days(I think the majority of them are off on the weekends, as you see a LOT less official R* posts then)

Yes, hopefully they do add it. That is unfortunately something that should've been here from the start. It should be no different from selecting the color of your car. Or as I said before in a few other threads, it should be customizable in LSC. I know there are a few cars which have the option of a hard or soft roof, like the Buccaneer.

Wrong. I lost a purchased upgraded entity to it, a bunch of my friends also lost their insurance in slot 1, but fortunately for them I was the one that got screwed and told them about it. Never thought about trying to get it back from Rockstar, they are so slow I figured I'd have it back before they responded anyways.

That's interesting, I bought the Infernus 5 times to get it without the spoiler and now that I think about it, I could really use that extra $1.8 million back, that was just before they announced the new multiple properties, smh

So I called them directly on monday and they started a ticket for me. i havent recieved any replies so I called them back yesterday and they told me they were finishing up working on a glitch and thats why its been taking so long to answer tickets. But he said they were done with the glitch and I should get a reply in a couple of days.
