I also got a refund from R*. They refunded me $1.25 million because I had to buy a Banshee 9 times before getting the hardtop version that I wanted. I wasted a total of $840k, so they actually gave me a little extra, which was nice. I basically got all free modifications for it right after.

Your friend is lucky. I did the same thing. I submitted a ticket about my Entity being lost in slot 1. They got back to me 3 times stating it was still under review. A couple months later they send me a letter saying since I didn't get back to them in 7 days after the last letter, they were dropping the case. I wrote back stating there was no indication in their letter i should respond, no questions or anything. They never got back to me. No big deal though, I took my money back with interest anyway. F*ck R*. lol
