Lol like I said it looks like the most reasonable theory I seen so far. It's too much to type so that's why I posted a vid. Eh who know maybe there isn't anything after all. Let's just wait for a PC version to see if there is one in the coding.

According to his theory the three bottom squares are the trev,mike and Franklin. The whole thing is the mission time line basically the story line of gta.

 

On the top there are two squares those represent the choice you have to make. Then the UFO appear when you 100% the game and the lighting tells you that the UFO will appear on a stormy night.

 

That's what I got at least.
