Spadge
Hey folks, I had issues with my game, the thing was that I had the frame limiter off, it might sound crazy, but turning it on solved my problems. My PC is actually to powerful for Vice City xD Hope I could help some folks here ! Edited April 17, 2014 by Spadge007
Spuds725
Toggling the Frame limiter (off if it is on, or on if it is off) can solve a variety of problems-- See our buglist with solutions thread http://gtaforums.com/topic/188753-bug-list-with-solutions-pc-ps2-xbox/ See first post-- these all deal with the frame limiter-- Problem #1, #15, #21, #30, #32, & #33. I will add this solution to the post if you will confirm that your problem is NOT the same as any of the above--- and if you provide more details of what exactly the game does/did when the game crashed... How it crashed? Did it crash upon start? Game was unplayable or random crashes? Doing certain things (near the water for example)? etc.... just more in general details of the problem so when people search the thread they can match your solution to their problem. Thanks...
