Do you own an Albany Roosevelt?

The Albany Roosevelt

  1. 1. Have you ever owned a Roosevelt? If so, when and how did you acquire it?

    • Yes, I bought it legitimately during the Valentine's Day event.
    • Yes, I glitched/duped one into my garage DURING the Valentine's Day Event.
    • Yes, I glitched/duped one into my garage AFTER the Valentine's Day Event.
    • No, I have never owned an Albany Roosevelt
  2. 2. Do you still own an Albany Roosevelt?

    • Yes, I've had the same one in my garage since I acquired it.
    • Yes, but it is not the original one that I had (you got rid of it, regretted the decision, then either bought another one during the VDay event or glitched/duped another one into your garage).
    • No, I sold it/got rid of it either to get some quick money or make room for another car.
    • No, it was unwillingly taken from me by some unexplained glitch (it lost insurance and got destroyed/other horrible glitch took it).
    • No, I've never owned an Albany Roosevelt.
  3. 3. If you have owned/still own an Albany Roosevelt, do you like it/enjoy it/think it was a good addition to GTA V?

    • Yes, I still own it. I like it for the car that it is, drive it often, and welcome it's addition to the game.
    • Yes, I still own it. I think it's an okay vehicle, drive it occasionally, and like the fact that it is "rare" too. It was an okay addition to the game, but there could have been much better vehicles added.
    • Yes, I still own it. I'm not a big fan of it, I hardly ever drive it, and it just sits in my garage. I keep it for the simple fact that it's "rare" and if I were to get rid of it I could never get another one legitimately.
    • No, I do not still own the Roosevelt, but when I did I enjoyed it.
    • No, I do not still own the Roosevelt, but when I did I never enjoyed it/it got old quickly. Why do you think I got rid of it?
    • No, I've never owned an Albany Roosevelt, but I drove one in single-player/drove a friend's and I liked it.
    • No, I've never owned an Albany Roosevelt, but I drove one in single-player/drove a friend's and I disliked it. Why do you think I never bought it?
    • No, I've never owned an Albany Roosevelt, I've never driven one, and I have no opinion on the vehicle.

Still got mine. Epsilon blue in the middle. Black roof and skirts. Got one with just the driver's side spare. With a trunk.

It's an amazing car powerful handles well. I rarely drive it scared i may lose it to insurance glitch. It sits right next to my z-type that i never drive. It's more of a novelty piece..

bought it legit
Still own it

Sometimes use it in classic races and missions cuz i love seeing people jump on the side of it an start shooting like crazy making the traffic all erratic when im trying to drive causing me to crash an watch them go flying an die i laugh every time.

il never replace cars iv actually bought on the websites considering now we will be getting multiple apartments soon i most likely will just buy extra garage/s then ill get a car for each type.

Given who posted it, my only surprise is that it didn't have the dollar sign rims...

I bought a Roosevelt legit and I plan on keeping it forever as a collector's item. It's a nice, classy vehicle, has a unique horn, and can have up to 6 people riding it. I rarely drive it though because it's not that good on performance, but all those other perks I mentioned make it a vehicle totally worth keeping.

Bought one for each character, still have one for main. Its second in my classic car collection with my soft top Tornado, Z type, JB700 and newly aquired $2.5 million dollar Stinger convertible.

Just drove it yesterday, i'm still trying to find just the right color scheme. I want to keep it classic, I keep coming back to this color scheme

I like the stock wheels but this car needs WW's and the spare should change with the rest of the tires when mods are applied

Nice poll. I still have mine, rarely drive it but it's too cool to get rid off.

But guys please... I know the white walls are nice on a car like this IRL. But in this game it just doesn't fit. It ruins the car. It's a shame but imho only the stock tires look good.

I agree if your trying to replicate Capone's 27 Limo but If you want to do a proper Harley Earl homage the car has to have WW's. I just wish the spare would get them too,

Still have mine, bought legit. I agree with jcph3, stock wheels are my preferred style, the spare has to match! Rarely drive it though, only when there are 5+ crew members online. It does seem like it is the easiest car to get shot out of, and it is pretty slow, but the horn is great. Was going to sell it a couple of weeks ago, but then they announced we'd get more garage space so figured I might as well hang onto it.

There are a few capture games floating around with the Roosevelt as the spawn vehicle, sort of funny. I don't think anyone is really missing out on anything, Granger is probably a better bet for 6 people, unless you want to roll up classy.

I still have mine, shortly after getting it I was in a "LET'S DRIVE!!!!!!!" mood and went out on a killing spree, I didn't kill a single player with bullets but I didn manage to run over 4 of them in the space of a few minutes :D It's like battering ram once it gets up to speed.

I agree as well, low profile lowrider rims don't look good on classics like this. I even saw some hideous setup with sports or high end rims on one on this very topic, a page or two back. Leave it stock, people, it is a classic.

Drove one in sp that I tried to put in mp but "try again later failed to sync" gave up and performance modded it, its a fast car I don't see why people say its slow, and it has bright lights and a nice horn from the period. I just wish you could add headlamp covers like the z type because it would look mean.

I've got it, and I enjoy it for what it is.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't keep it cause it's rare though. It's rare, and it fits in my garage really well, as I have a Roosevelt, Hotknife, Peyote, Stinger and Cheetah all lined up.

I like it, crew likes it, and randoms always like hopping in/on. It's just a cool, fun car, and tough as f*ck. It has it's place in my garage.

No, tried in SP. Really only found it useful for being a wrecking ball. Especially in F's "zone".

Also, when getting shot at, you're pretty much defenseless.

Yeah still got it too.

I usually use it in free roam to generate massive police chases and plow through the police cars.
