Capture Mode Glitch [No Draws]

I've experienced both sides of this glitch. I was playing capture against someone and we both had the same number of points and same k/d. I was holding the bag before the game ended (I actually just killed the guy but the timer ran out before I could drop it off.) When the game ended, even though it was tied up, I lost and was given 9k and he was given 22k.Today, the same glitch occurred. It was tied and I was holding the bag. The timer ran out, and I won despite, the scores being the same. Has any else experienced this?

In the first scenario I made two captures before he had a single one, so it can't be that.
