Crew levels not workin

When ever i want to change my Crew color, in a new crew it never levels me up. It says i'm level 1 in the game, but if i check on the social club, i'm a much higher level then 10. But crew color option is STILL locked. Help?

I contacted Rockstar support a week ago with a similar problem and still haven't heard anything back from them. My crew rank was 81. Now it says my crew rank is 5 and it will not level up at all.

My crew level says that it's 372 or something like that but my rank is 184. Wtf?
