Interaction Menu Spawn Loc. problem

Does anybody else have problem to change the spawn location from the interaction menu?

 

I can change my spawn location from the start+options menu but when I open the interaction menu with holding select (PS3) it stays at last location and even I changed it when I close and reopen the menu it turns to last location back.

 

Does anybody know how to fix it?

 

By the way I spawn at garage as I set from start menu but the interaction menu still shows spawn location as las location...

I switch it to garage, then switch it to Last Location. Happens to me sometimes

Spawn location in "Select menu" is bugged.

I hold the select button and chance it and then as soon as I do, I go to "Find new session" or "leave GTA online" so that it saves. Sometimes if you change it and then turn of your console, it won't save and it doesn't get annoying. It's always recommended to make sure the game saves after making any major changes that you want to save the next time you log on. The best way for that is going to the xbox gamestore, finding a new session, or leaving gta online and returning to story mode.
