Maxxeine
A 1990's GTA 4 would be perfect. It matches the gritty story, atmosphere, and overall feel completely.
Flachbau
It could have worked, but I don't think it would be a fan favorite for many. Although, I would have loved to see how different LC could have been.

Vercetti42
Imagine Liberty City in the fallout universe. That would be amazing and so fitting. Post apocalyptic NYC... what more can I say? Flachbau
Imagine Liberty City in the fallout universe. That would be amazing and so fitting. Post apocalyptic NYC... what more can I say? Yes! I would honestly love this. I want to see a modern/futuristic day New York. I want to see the most famous tourist attractions crumble to dust. 10/10 would buy
The Wolfman
If GTA IV was set in the 90's? We would see a twin towers resemblance, east coast rappers, yuppies and crackheads. Edited July 3, 2014 by The Wolfman
