I put in a ticket last week too in hopes that they would restore my levels. I don't even want the possessions, just the levels. Haven't heard anything and it has been 8-9 days Anyone know how long it takes for a ticket to be processed?

There was a glitch before this current patch came in where you could change your character as many times as you wanted. It's a pity that we can't now in this current patch as I was slowly altering mine to how I wanted it to look.

That is rough. If I didn't work 70+ hours a week I'd just grind my way back up there. It took forever to get to level 71 the first time

There is a video out there I came across teaching you how to do it without given the option. I think someone posted it on here, but, since I'm in school I can't tell for sure since YT is blocked. Anyways, just search it and I'm sure you can find it.

Try contacting them on Twitter, give them the ticket number and ask 'please can someone look at my ticket?' I got a reply quite quickly, but they have been slow to follow up on the ticket since then...
