Jerks in my garage. Why?

This happens at least once a night.

I'll join a lobby, and I'll go from my apartment to my garage. Upon entering my garage, there is some A**HOLE running around my cars with a gun and, like clockwork, they kill me everytime.

Once they do this, I spawn in a random spot in the lobby, usually near an intersection. My map will tell me that someone is standing directly in front of me, but no one is actually there.

 

Please tell me what the hell is going on?? Anyone else having this issue??

OP just go into passive mode before you go into your garage. Another thing I like doing is standing in front of them, this way they can't aim, and shoot at others they see coming in. They usually get very pissed once you start doing that, and they leave the session quickly to go troll elsewhere.

I always make sure I go passive before I go into my garage. The people who do this glitch are f*cking pussies who obviously can't even get a kill otherwise.

despite the garage is on near your apt , looking at the map will shown that it's middle of city (sometimes occur ) . this is actually same way as GTASA interior universe , where player enter the yellow marker then black screen shows up with title of the interior seen in the right corner and spawn the interior .

even the apt garage exterior seems inaccurate ( e.g , del perro apt has 1 garage door and inside , has 2 garage door ) just like GTA SA

Actually, if you enter a garage or someone else does, youll see that theres mostly a big car park in it with a few more garage doors. Those doors may be the actual garage.

 

But for saving space and rendering stuff, everyones garage is actually at the same spot in the middle of the city and every house/garage owner has his own world id.

Actually, if you enter a garage or someone else does, youll see that theres mostly a big car park in it with a few more garage doors. Those doors may be the actual garage.

same opinion u got there , tend to post the opinion but u post it first .

the other garage seems same spot either . since the interior does not actually connected ( example : minimarkets do not need a cutscene when entered and player can see inside due to shop's window . while apt or garage does not actually connect , if player manage to enter the garage without intentionally entering his apt's garage interior , it's not detailed . some like in del perro contain just four pillar )

ok what to do is go into passive mode and go into your garage. go close the elevator make sure you have less then 1,000,000 dollars in the bank. turn off passive mode quickly go to the web to buy the adder. it will tell you that you don't have enough cash. it will want to go to the sony web store( works on ps3) or xbox web store(xbox not tested by me). go to it and back out as soon as you can. when you come back exit off web page quickly and pull out a gun and gun the a hole down. give them a taste of some of your bullets. you have to keep the gun aimed so long if you want to stay in there with the gun. as soon as you pick your hand as a weapon it will put you back into your own garage again by yourself. I don't go around doing this unless someone is in the garage gunning everyone down.

 

I don't find it fun just randomly gunning people down for no reason. I would rather show people how to duplicate my cars and put my super cars in their garages.

@Sky_Light12, actually, that's because you continue driving under the apartment to your garage, as you can see, driving into the garage doesn't go straight to yours, it goes to an underground place to access it, which makes sense, since it's an apartment

All 10 car garages has been compromised. When they do this garage glitch, they will have global access to all 10 car garages. Because in the reality there is only one 10 car garage and all players who have this garage is sharing this garage.

Some one did do this glitch on me, and I got this incident recorded.

When I returned to my garage in passive mode, I tried to see if my apartment was compromised too, but he was unable to enter elevator still when he tried to enter it when he followed me.

you have to use the glitch in the apartment to be able to do it then redo glitch in garage to switch. thats why I always start an invite only session before going to public lobbies buy my ammo switch to passive and join new lobby

That she got shot in the neck. Funny? Nope, rather annoying if you ask me. But it was funny later when I did push him forward when he was going to kill an player with RPG, and he got killed by his own shot because of me. He left the session immediately.

You can report them to Rockstar...it's one of the few things they don't mess around with on their support forum if you have photo evidence.

I believe you can "jerk" in your garage normally without glitching....in your apartment too.

Check the map if a player is at that spot you spawned when you got killed (where Micheal buys drugs in SP) before you enter your garage, if someone is there, they're in your garage.

 

The glitch is not hard to do either, so you can easily join them and gun them down, that usually makes them leave the lobby.
