Vehicle Permanently Destroyed?

In my mechanic vehicle list, it shows up with 'Bagger (Destroyed)', but when I call Insurance, it isn't in the list to repair it. It's also not in my garage.

You've experienced the insurance glitch, where you have your car destroyed, and you lose insurance on it. Srry bud, you'll have to buy another Bagger

Try not to drive your favorite/most useful vehicles outside much (especially in public lobbies) because I lost my Roosevelt, two Adders and my Cavalcade due to this glitch. Rockstar said they patched it, but they lied, as usual. Hope I helped!

I accepted a random invite to an apartment, then while looking at this person's cars I noticed her Jester wasn't insured. So I PMed her and warned her about a possible insurance glitch.

Yea, same thing has happened to me 5 times. And not just slot 1 either.

 

2 Futos (slot 9, and 10)

2 Sabre Turbos (slot 4, and 1)

1 Infernus (slot 1)

 

You can send a ticket to R* support, but don't hold your breath while waiting for a reply. I sent them a ticket to them the same day I lost my Infernus. They replied 32 days later asking for detailed info. I replied immediately, still no response.

I did send them a ticket and they did follow through, reimbursing me for my modded out Elegy. I wish I hadn't though, they'll only do it once. Wait till you loose a super to the glitch, then go to R*, or just let them know and tell them you don't want the bike back. Do RR once and you'll be able to buy another one.
