Headers and logo

Hi GFX guys, I need some headers and a logo if possible. I would like them to be in the same (or similar) font as this image (link). Also with the first two letters in blue and the rest in white. The headers I want are: Story, Characters, Missions, Credits, Trailer, Notes and Reviews.

 

Now for the logo I just want something simple. Just a transparent background and the word 'Unknown' like in the image linked above and 'Take Back Your Life' under it. The only difference would be that instead of having one line for every word I would like the sentence to be in one line.
