4-Door sports/coupe with bulletproof back?

Just quick question to the thread, do any of the 4-door coupes or sports car have a bullet-proof back after you fully upgrade them at LS? The only bulletproof back cars I seem to find are entity, jester and infernus. The car doesn't necessarily have to be coupe or sports, it just needs to be quite fast and has a bullet proof back, so I can use it for heists when it comes out. Thanks for you suggestions.

the sandkings will be bulletproof from the back when using the second truck bed option, the one with the two whatevers going down the middle of the truck bed

The Bullet is one of the best I've used. Better than the aforementioned IMO.

The only 4 door with a bulletproof back is the Sandking with the double roll bars. The bed cap is not bulletproof but does make you harder to hit than with the stock body.

Sports/coupe?

None have a solid/bulletproof back, but the next best thing is to take a Sultan, get the roll cage upgrade (which forms an 'X' over the rear window), get a spoiler that obstructs the rear window further, then tint the windows (limo is best, dark smoke also works).

It's not 100% impervious to gunfire, but it works - plus, you've got the added benefit of the Sultan's good overall performance and 4WD drivetrain.



Failing that, if you've got enough engine mods (or turbo) unlocked, you might want a Merryweather Mesa instead - decent off-road, and the covered version has more rear coverage than a Sandking (due to the extended cab and huge spare wheel on the back). Lower the suspension, and you mitigate the jeep's tendency to overbalance on steeper inclines (competition suspension if you have it).

As I say, fully-covered vs. open top makes a world of difference - the open one gives you drastically less protection, as shown below:

That said, the open one at least shows off the extra obstacles built into the interior - roll cage, 'wall' behind the rear seats, and that's before you factor in the extra metal of the covered version. Tint the windows to obscure enemies' view, and you're also higher up than your average car-mounted gunner, making it harder for someone in a vehicle to get an easy bead on you.

Not really, you can still get shot from behind, its just a bit more difficult to do so.

All I have to contribute is that the Mesa is very easy to get shot out of, contradictory to the poster above with pink Mesa (lol). I do play autoaim (Traditional GTA) for the most part.

No really great choices. Sandking offers best protection, but slow, no idea how well the sultan mods offer protection, rear passenger windows close to driver could be problem.......and it might look awful.

 

Also no idea about the mw mesa, spare tire could be a plus, but rear passenger windows are a minus. It is NOT safe to assume that the outer cage, inner cage, and seats are solid. But the hard top probably is. Bigger problem the mw mesa handles and performs so poorly there is no way i would want to be in that w people chasing me. For some reason it behaves like it is very light weight, any lil scrape or sideswipe ruins momentum and throws it waayyyy to far off its line. It spins, lifts two wheels off the ground, rolls, and gets knocked around by tiny cars like the dune buggy. I know, i drive mine a lot because of the intense cool factor, not because its fun to drive.

 

Not sure about vans, but i closed the windows on the racer van and i swear i was still getting sh*t from behind.....also it only seats two....wtf?

 

And the vans that seat 4 all have people sitting in the i think all have 2 people sitting in the back w the doors open, full use of guns is nice, but is there any way to shut them?
