Make better quality and resolution

Hello, can anyone make this image of a better quality and possibly larger (as large as possible while maintaining quality)?

 

 

Don't worry about the writing on the top left that says the site. Also if you could make one with a white background and one with a transparent one that would be great.

Thanks slave boy play toy Is there any way to maintain the quality of those small things around it though? Some of them look butchered lol

Those small things..are so small that they lose detail when upscaled.

This might be little better, I used old blur and contrast trick.
