Wow. Seemed like a good idea for those people wanting a little extra difficulty at the 5-star wanted level. I didn't realize there were so many pussies on this forum who can't be bothered to deal with an actual fight but still like to act all badass by killing stupid AI.

How often do you typically get 5-star levels anyway? Top that with how long you can maintain a 5-star level so other players can actually get to you.

Bounty will go away if police kill you (or you commit suicide). 48 Minutes cool down on cops being able to call in for vigilante assistance.

Sounds good to me let's ruin players fun having shootouts with the cops by forcing bounties on their heads.

What would be better is someone who is slaying the lobby becoming a public enemy like in RDR.
