Best Muscle Car?

As mentioned on one of my previous posts im looking for a car of each type/class and ive decided on them all except muscle, i've been doing some research but it always seems to be torn between the sabre turbo, ruiner and gauntlet. I would be wanting it mainly for races. The car the gets the most votes i will likely choose but will continue to test.

Dominator is epic if you can handle that beast. Gaunlet is not a bad option but customisation options are almost nonexistent on it.

As for my contribution, I'd have to say the Vigero. It's cheap, fast enough and is really fun to drive.

Dominater is by far the best, but can be hard to handle. Learn to feather the throttle and not corner too hard and you'll be fine. The gauntlet is right there with the dominator, less power but handles a lot better. The vigero and sabre are good lookin cars but they spin out too easy.

The Sabre Turbo is my favorite. The Gauntlet is based on the Dodge Challenger, which was considered a "pony car." But since R* put it in the muscle car category, it would rank as my second favorite.

Dominator. Paint it ultra blue with black stripes, stick some black cheetah RR wheels on it, rear louvres and the small ducktail-ish spoiler.

 

Best looking muscle car, and it goes pretty quick too.

As people have said you really have 3 options for a muscle to race with that make the most sense.

 

Gauntlet, Dominator and Ruiner.

 

The Ruiner will set the best lap times however in a crowded race where people tend to love to slam into each other, this car isn't going to be ideal. The Gauntlet gets my vote as it can handle some abuse/more stable and doesn't necessarily step out as much as say the Dominator. Regardless you can't necessarily go wrong with either of those 3 but the Dominator would get my vote last.

The Gauntlet is almost as fast and has significantly more traction. Fact.

However, I dumped my Gauntlet because I'm tired of looking at it, and there are so few muscle races I'll keep my Phoenix. If you can drive and race with Catchup off, you can win in probably five cars in class most of the time.

Tell that to GM, Dodge, and Ford. Modern muscle cars like the Camaro, Charger, and Mustang can be had in the 500 + hp variety, get decent gas mileage, no cold start issues, and they don't need the carb retuned every few months. Don't get me wrong, I love old muscle too, I've owned quite the variety over the years, but I can also appreciate what the big three are putting out these days as well. I love all muscle, old and new.

 

That said, my vote would also be for the Ruiner:

 

 

I've won many a race with this car, and have owned an Iroc Z, and currently have an 86 Z28 in my garage as a project car, I painted my in game car similar colors to my real life version.
