I love this pad and it's only the 2nd one I've ever bought. It is in very close proximity to a train tunnel, ammunition, heli/tank pick up. A stone throw away from a LSC. Close enough and a straight shot to LSIA. 10 car garage. I see this place as being a swell strategy. I don't know the exact locs of the other available apartments but are they all this close and easy to get to stuff? I don't notice much player traffic or griefing campers here, either. During the day when you exit this place there's a nice easy to beat gang attack at the base of the constructing tower. $2500 cash I believe ? Thoughts? Edit: also right next the Mors garage and about as close as LSC to the impound lot. Comes in handy when doucheballoon blows your car up.
