NPCs - This Is The Matrix!

That's the only conclusion I can come up with in regards to the NPCs. They are the A.I from the actual movie. Guys, think about it. The NPCs in this game can shoot you through cover, shoot you from 30 ft away with a pistol, they can accelerate at breakneck speeds in ANY vehicle. They can alter their appearances and turn into hostile forces or timid pedestrians. They know your locations at all times and they can spawn anywhere. The "police" are there one minute and then gone as soon as you turn the camera around.That's it! It's the Matrix!! I'm not playing Grand Theft Auto V. I'm playing the Matrix!

Not sure about that, but he sure as heck didn't know how to race because he kept falling off his bike, every time I'd look back he'd hit something and go tumbling off. Or maybe he was trying to fly and hadn't gotten the hang of it yet lol.
