They need to bring it back and raise the limit.

When it worked the max cash you could gift was only 9k..

Make it 100k,helping out friends is nice.

I collect bounties and then share some around. If they plug the exploits with it, bring it back.

 

People should be able to do what they want with their money, what do I care what they do?
