Why do people think, that everyone with a tank is a moron?

When I use a tank I roam around not unlike like a gentle hippo, nestling in hidden spots near player populace honking my horn until they investigate..only for them to realize I am a peaceful tank; scared, alone and possibly the last of my kind.

I haven't started an invite only session because I was lonely and thought no one would join. Also I haven't planned to mess with the lspd, it was spontaneously.

 

 

Well hopefully you've learnt your lesson not to use the tank in multiplayer.

 

If you wanted to kill LSPD with a tank, then you can do so in Single Player.

 

The guy can do whatever he wants in free roam, hence the "free"

When I see somebody in a tank, I don't feel like it's my responsibility to leave the session. Maybe I have friends there and we are having fun right where we are and I just don't feel like some twanker should be dictating where and when I have my fun. Indeed, we should not have to suffer a tank in our midst. You are the person in the wrong, not us. YOU go find another session.

That's sh*tty, never had the experience of vote kicking/being vote kicked. Ah well, f*ck em.

 

I had a squeaker do it to me in free-raom after I killed them. It was a Christmas newbie so I naturally went newbie hunting. Seeing as it was the time of the hack where 1 vote can get you into bad sport I ddin't hang around.

 

A squeaker once kicked me from a survival because I got to the armour before him. Nevermind that I had the highest number of kills, was the highest ranked player by a long way and was their best bet for passing the survival (I had the best cover possible and knew to let the enemies come to me, unlike these Rambos) should everyone else die.

A victim of griefing comes in here, tells his story, and everyone starts sh*t talking him. Its f*ckin sad.

 

I've experienced everything that people complain about (Spawn killed by tank, outnumbered, whatever), but I don't act like a child about it.

 

But wait whats that? They don't pay insurance anymore? Well sh*t then I'd better adapt to these changes. Every time I see a tank now, I haul ass out of there if I'm driving something expensive as opposed to getting out my trusty bucket and crying into it like everyone else crying on the forums.

I've met tankers who don't just kill indiscriminately, had some fun with a couple as well.

 

Of course my trusting nature has led to a few explosive deaths. But that just means I get to go tank hunting (much more of a challenge without tank sniping though) or passive bird throwing.

the last time i was killed by a tank griefer (i know not all tank owners are griefers), i just left an lsc (i think i sold a car), i heard some rumbling near by, i called the mechanic to send one of my cars, when suddenly a tank goes into the area that had the lsc that i was at and kills me!

The story behind my question :

 

I was in an empty session, grabbed a tank and messed around with the lspd. It was actually quite fun. After 5mins 2 guys from the same crew joined, came to me, saw the tank and fled (although I haven't killed them). One moment later the notification popped up "the other players are voting to kick you our of the session". 1sec later I got kicked.

 

My question is WHY?

Because they wanted a session for their own? Invite only.

Because I'm rank 172? That's kinda silly, one of them was also around 120.

 

100% it's because of my tank.

I have a tank. I only use it occasionally. If someone kills me whether I open fire on them first or not, whatever the situation - I will call for my tank and spawn kill them till they leave. I then send a nice message and follow them to their new session till they come off GTA. I then check every day if they are on and join their session and repeat the process.
