GTAV Online - No Jobs Available?

So I went on GTAV Online today to do some missions ready for the High Life update, and when I went to join Rooftop Rumble from the Pause Menu, it said I hadn't unlocked any missions, the I checked the other job types, races, LTS's etc and they weren't available either, then I checked my map and there were no blue icons for jobs at all, just shops and LSC's, garages, apartments and so on. Then I tried calling Martin for a job, he said he had nothing for me, then I tried Simeon, Lester, Gerald all saying the same. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? As its not just Missions, its everything job wise is just not there, Ive tried joining different sessions, restarting my PS3 and my router and still nothing...

 

Any suggestions as to what the hell this is would be much Appreciated

Reboot the game. Sometimes things just don't jive, but when you start it back up, they all do jive again.
