i usually park right next to plane or helipad just cuz im lazy and dont really care that much about fake stuff in a game. most of the time the car just sitts there for the entire session. sometimes someone takes it for a ride. (i dont mind) but yesterday i had my capone-vagon next to where titan spawns, what happens when someone blow up the plane? i had to pay.. 9k  not that smart.. maybe i will park a couple of meters away from now..

I don't really care tbh if some blows my pv up. If someone does then they have to pay the insurance premium.

Im a dick. If I see cars at the helicopter spawn near the airport I push them in the ocean with my car. Right before I submerge it I ask whos car it is and if they have a mic I tell them how awesome it is. If they sound cool then I leave it alone, if its a squeker then I ask them how much it costs to replace it and right after that I give it the final push and listen to them bitch and moan.

What a meanie :p

So you're driving along in your PV when you perhaps decide you want to fly a plane, So you go to a nearby airport.

OH NO! There are people around and they might destroy your pride and joy!

Here's what I do partly because it amuses me.

Hide it in a bush.

I realise that the Hotknife is free if it's destroyed and I can always phone the mechanic for delivery.

But it's my pride and joy! :D

Does anyone else ever do this?

Sometimes....never get the chance to when me friends are online though.

I like pouring gas on players cars (mainly adders) & lighting it with the backfire on my car, I don't have to pay for sh*t. :)

I saw someone do this the other day with their chromed, Dollar-rims Adder. It's a good thing the backfire from a car can light up a gas trail yet still make the Adder's owner pay for the insurance. :)

I once left my stinger in a random garage in the city that happened to open. If i didn't have the pv marker on the map i doubt i would have been able to find it again. That's how you hide a car.

I've sat in that bush off radar and plinked a bunch of crew members dicking around with airplanes.

5 or 6 guys and 8-9 kills but listening to them on the mike saying there was an invisible hacker among them and getting reported as the best part.

I've seen this before at that same airport. Lucky it was me that came across it and not 'the mad stickybomber', I just laughed and left it alone. Wish I would have taken a pic of it though, all you could see was part of a hood and a crew emblem sticking out.

i dont always hide mine, when I do its usually in a back alley or behind a store or something cause more times than not people dont go back there

i like to cargobob vehicles onto the surronding islands (so they cant be driven off), so if I by chance found a car hidden in bushes better be searching the islands to retrieve it lol

I just bring up the menu by holding select, and tell it to bring me my personal vehicle.

well sh*t didnt think of that lmao

Haha yeah. I think I use that same bush at the airfield. I don't know why though, since I don't drive anything that's not insured and if it is I can have it back within a minute.

I'll either park in Franklin's neighborhood or in a big bush. I've also found that if I park my PV "legally" then people don't even stop to consider my car (of course, I do keep it somewhat stock as far as bodywork and all that, but my paintjobs are very custom and noticeable).

Example: Recently went to get some clothes at Ponsonbys by the main LSC, parked "legally" at the Suburban around the corner (I know, why not get the clothes there, right?), went and got the clothes, then decided to level up my driving stat and also sell a few cars and left my PV parked in front of the Suburban. I drove the entire map a few times and sold two cars-all the while my PV was still sitting where I'd left it and no one ever stopped by it as far as I could tell. Sold the second car, managed to get back to my PV, got in and drove off. The thing hadn't been booby-trapped or anything, even the windows were still intact.

Sometimes I'll grab a Buzzard, and a few minutes later I'll get a message saying that my car was destroyed. So I'll have to fly all the way back to the helipad and shoot a few rockets up someone's ass.

It's a lot less trouble to just hide my car.

the gasoline+ car exhaust still works for me. Just blew up three vehicles in front of Martin's house, no cost to me. Or even badsport.

That's a good idea, OP. I just wish there was some way of hiding my vehicle down at the Los Santos helipad. More often than not, it's either set alight with petrol and exhaust flames or it's "nudged" (ie. repetitively rammed) into the water.

There is a hiding spot. break thru the fence at the slim walkway near the edge of the building... you can then hide it on the side of the building. noone would notice it ive done it 100 times

If there's a bush around while I'm out in the country then I use it to hide my car but I usually just pull around a building, if I'm in the city I often just park it in an actual parking spot (in the lines and everything) and hope no one notices it's not an NPC car.
