Hiding your personal vehicle

So you're driving along in your PV when you perhaps decide you want to fly a plane, So you go to a nearby airport.

OH NO! There are people around and they might destroy your pride and joy!

Here's what I do partly because it amuses me.

Hide it in a bush.

I realise that the Hotknife is free if it's destroyed and I can always phone the mechanic for delivery.

But it's my pride and joy! :D

Does anyone else ever do this?

i can still see it though

if you weren't looking for the car you'd probably not see it when driving/running past.

Plus I did have it showing a little for the photo ;)

I wouldn't destroy it if I saw it sitting there, I might "inspect" the tires to see if they are bulletproof...

...but I would most-likely blow it up if I saw that someone was trying to hide it and I couldn't get into it to ramp it into a place where it couldn't be retrieved

I don't really care tbh if some blows my pv up. If someone does then they have to pay the insurance premium.

Tails Prower

I use the bushes in the country to hide my PV when I'm in a wanted situation with the cops,

but am usually hiding inside it to loose my stars and hopefully have Off Radar so not showing to other players.

Aren't they gonna notice you on the radar? Unless you go off-radar by calling Lester then I guess it could work. Anyway, good find

That's a good idea, OP. I just wish there was some way of hiding my vehicle down at the Los Santos helipad. More often than not, it's either set alight with petrol and exhaust flames or it's "nudged" (ie. repetitively rammed) into the water.

I always park my car behind buildings if i plan on returning to it later.

if not i'll just call up a new one later.

hiding your behind the strip club DOES NOT WORK -__-

I try to hide my bike if i am going to leave it. I know at the helipads if you leave a vehicle there its possible to get it rammed into tbe water and i am sure you have to pay.

It seems like only the broke people blow up mine and it ends up saying "XXXXX has paid $41 towards your premium"

I hate to admit it but yes I do this too lol

Either like the pic in the op I "bush it", stash it down a alleyway or hide it amongst the wrecks in the scrapyard.

If it was a normal-looking vehicle people would probably just skip right over it...for awhile, back in the day, I would insure a normal vehicle and do all the mods but leave the paint a normal color...people were surprised when they unknowingly blew up a PV

These are the spots I like to hide my car around. Call me paranoid but I've lost 4 cars to people blowing them up and Mors Mutual not picking up. Plus, it's fun to have a stashed car. So since my 4th lost car, I looked at locations I use the most and found the best spots. Feel free to use them, I've yet to have someone f*ck with my car yet!

At the ammu-nation near my garage (my garage is to the left of it, up the street):

In the alley to the left of it:

When getting my Buzzard at the hospital (great route from my garage, few turns away, Off The Radar gives me enough time to hop in, it's the perfect spot to collect a Buzzard):

Across the street in the alley to the left of the blue thing:

In the bushes, no one can see it as no one stops in that alley:

Sandy Shores Airstrip:

It's harder to spot it in the dark but it's still a spot ignored by most during daytime.

Even if someone goes for the plane inside the hangar, they'll need to look to the left of the hangar to see your car...which...euh...no one does! To be fair, not everyone goes for the plane inside the hangar so there's that.

Clothing store across the bridge from my garage:

The street it's on as reference:

Alley to the left of it:

These spots I use requires some running and people can kill me if I don't reach where I want to go in time so always keep an eye on the radar. If there's too much action, I either straight up park in front of where I need to be for a quick escape (with Passive Mode enabled when shopping because shop killers are annoying) or find another spot that has less people. I really like where my garage is because all the spots shown are close and not many people spend a lot of time there. It's usually a minute of waiting if someone is at the gun shop.

I always hide my entity in that bush, but I anyways land on a random street and then request personal vehicle so that no one finds it.

I don't play open lobbies anymore so I park in the middle of the street. I used to try and hide them but it never worked.

If it's one of my PV's without the remote bomb attached, then i leave a sticky bomb on the back. I'll leave the car out in the open and unlocked for all to drive.

If my PV starts moving and i'm not in it then.....BOOOOOOOM hahahahja

Yeah a few of the PV's I've got look standard, so you can get away with parking them in plain sight in a parking space and people just walk on by.

unless they are in a tank )That is the one definite way that it's bullsh*t, if you're not in your car and a tank blows it up, they should definitely pay
