Would you like another Lost and Damned DLC in GTA 5?

R* could resurrect a brain damaged Johnny who has emerged from a 4 month coma. The Lost are still in the game post completion so they could easily come together to (try to) exact revenge on Trevor.

I'm laughing at people who say they don't want to play as criminal scum meth heads and yet they probably play as Trevor the most.

Anyway, I'd love to at least see the bikes get added back into the game, this is south Cali ffs! And there's only a couple of choppers at best, what the hell, even if it's just a copy and paste job, bring the damn bikes back that were more than enough detailed in the DLC.

At least bring some of it to GTAOnline which they love oh so much, give us proper biker gear to wear instead of the boy racer leathers they have.

Sadly TLAD has a LOT of haters, this topic alone is proof, so I doubt Rockstar even want to acknowledge that side anymore, I bet if it was CJ RETURNS AND GROVE STREET SUPER WARS everyone would be clapping like seals though.

TLAD was lot better than TBOGT. I will prefer Johnny over Trevor, anyway. I still wonder why Rockstar just had to kill Johnny. There was absolutely no need to. They could have simply left him out.

Coming back to TLAD type of DLC, yes I agree with you. I would love to see some Choppers as well. GTA V has the worst selection of bikes in all GTA games.

It was symbolism. They were really disappointed in themselves for following the stupid tough biker dude fad in TLAD, so they brutally killed him.

I wouldn't mind if they included The Lost MC in the upcoming SP DLC. They can just have it be a different chapter coming to get revenge on Trevor. Or even have them agree with what Trevor did because they disagreed with the direction Johnny was taking the MC and have them give different jobs to the protagonists

But I wouldn't want another biker themed DLC.

I'd like to see Cpt. Michael Klebitz (Johnny's big brother) get back at tranny Trevor, but that's highly unlikely.

You know, between Captain Klebitz, death-faking Jim, prospect-who-potentially-rises-through-a-lot-of-vacant-ranks Dave Grossman, that Leila girl, Wheelchair Angus, the return of Malc and DeSean, and the revenge of the deadbeats like Joe Jon Johnson, Albert Lawson and Lester Arnold, who we never really got to see their faces, I'd say we have just enough characters for a TLAD sequel. We never saw whoever it was who trashed Trevor's trailer, we have no idea why the Lost at that bar attack Frank even when he shows up on a bike wearing Uptown Riders gear even though the two MCs were cool with each other in TLAD, and we have more than enough loose ends left over from TLAD that were never fully tied up. It'd be a gang-centric DLC and a spiritual sequel to TLAD, which later on would likely be followed up by a more heist-centric sequel to BOGT.

Hey guys ive been a bikie on GTA Online for a while and it seems a bit sad that we don't get to have leather vests, gloves, face bandannas etc. All we need to do is create a petition which some people have done. The one I am going to link you has around 650 people already signed to it if we got a lot more this could work. Petition: http://www.gopetitio...-for-gta-v.html

There was an audio leak of GTA V back in August(?) and I spoiled that scene with Johnny.

I wanted him to come back, but...

No. I found TLAD in IV somehow boring, playing TBOGT was much more fun.

It's comments like that that make me question GTAV "Haters", TBOGT was the first time they pretty much screwed up a set story to appease the fun mission complainers, and now with GTAV, the story is pretty crap but hey, the missions are usually fun.

I'd STILL like to see the original version of TBOGT they had planned where both clubs remained shut down and Tony went missing near the end (not at the end on vacation like the game changed it to). It was hinted in the original GTA IV that Tony was killed by the Mob and the clubs were taken as collateral, meaning yes, it was supposed to be a negative ending for Luis to.

I don't get why people hate the storyline for GTA 5 i thought it was fine then again I'm not the kind of person to really judge and analyze things of entertainment cause hey it's meant to be entertaining to the viewer also sorry admin for being off topic ): and bumping the thread please don't ban me):

Nah, it's pointless having a biker DLC unless R* fix the vehicle handling.

I'd hate having to ride bikes with GTAV's handling. Gets boring way too quick.

In TLAD it was fun to try out all the different bikes, each handling uniquely. The Double T had a lot of power but is sensitive, then there's choppers like the Daemon which didn't go as fast but were more stable.

In V everything just sticks to the road with no differences at all, so yeah it's pointless.

I disagree with that statement the driving felt slow and clunky in gta 4 in gta 5 it feels so smooth i don't why people are suddenly getting a nolstagic boner for something as horrible as the driving in gta 4 also a biker dlc is just stupid considering the fact that Trevor pretty much wiped the Lost MC from the face of earth.

Driving in GTA IV yes, maybe, but Bike Riding was bad in GTA IV, but a dream in TLAD, as Lazyboy said, each bike had it's own feel, in any other GTA game I'd settle for any chopper, but in TLAD, i'd always be best with a Lycan, good speed, good damage, but amazing handling and took corners like they were it's bitch.

Okay i can agree with you driving a bike in TLAD was awesome and it was nice to drive at high speeds and NOT get knocked off of your bike when you hit a car or lamp post like in gta 4 and in gta 5 i wish rockstar implemented that little feature (if you can call it that) from TLAD into GTA 5 so i have an actual reason to steal a bike or buy one and do some drive bys and not have to worry about a cop knocking me off of my bike.

GTA5 like a racing game?

LOL. You've clearly never played a racing game so why don't you just go straight out the door because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

It's my opinion and i have played racing games before and gta 5's driving feels like some of the racing games i have played. again it's just my opinion.

It would most likely be a UPTOWN RIDERS DLC if there was 1 Reason being Cause they Added uptown riders Clothes for Franklin after u beat the game why would they do that if he was from Families. Uptown Riders are based off Ruff ryders which was a music Label formed into a Biker Group in California.

I think it would be Dope more sports bikes and Choppers atleast 2 sports nd 2 chops

I love TLAD, but I feel having another biker themed DLC would be kind of overkill.

Besides I would rather see something more relevent to LA like a Mexican drug cartel themed DLC considering its potential was completely f*cked up in GTA V.

No, I'd prefer another BOGT.

I doubt we'll be getting any DLC as big as TLAD/BOGT though. Just some sh*tty extra missions and stuff that should have been in the game already. Rockstar really created the best DLC ever for IV. Two whole new characters, two new stories, extra vehicles, weapons and some other cool stuff.

We already have the 3 characters and a story for them all. Looks like it's just more vehicles/weapons and side missions (assassination/flight school). Yawn.

Maybe they'd do a RDR and release a supernatural themed DLC. Maybe Aliens since they are featured a lot in the game already. Personally I'd not mind Zombies coming back!

i wanna think that the lost led and backed by chapter president johnny k. Wiped out the contingency of aod in blaine county/los santos and had all the other biker gangs patch in as a show of loyalty then lost became one united superior force batch of one hundred percenters that the lost were so impressed by they declared johnny k be the president of every chapter making him their supreme president and with that said and with no one left to kill or conquer johnny k would go back to smoking meth and arrange for ashley to come live with him as his permenant old lady, than years later both of them die would die horribly, since rockstar killed them!

Definitely. Though I personally would roll the two ideas together. You would have the option of taking a wide selection of characters from GTA IV and GTA V on varying heists. Having Lester and Angus work together on this is something I've thought about especially considering the similarities between the two.

off topic but what happened to johnny's brother michael?

We don't know. He's clearly in some pretty stressful sh*t in GTA IV and if you put it together with Merryweather's operations as well as the fact the reason Johnny didn't join the army was the fact it was corrupt gives you a pretty solid character to create off this.

Obviously not Michael Klebitz himself because we already have a protagonist named Michael but in my big Jim isn't dead conspiracy thread I semi-proposed a base concept. A bounty hunter working with Maude hiding from the military due to him and Michael K knowing too much and building up contacts and is on good terms with The Lost and Johnny before his death.

Further Michael K dying as he finally realizes the truth Johnny knew all along would be yet another thing that would make Johnny's fall slightly more believable because it's evident that even though the two have different view points they still care for each other a great deal.

As a motorcycle owner myself I think a TLAD type expansion would be sweet. I don't understand all the hate over the idea. They should also do some kind of Grove Street gangsta dlc as well in conjunction. It would be fun to see gang members roll up on a group of bikers and vice versa fighting over drug turf. Last time I checked gta was all about violence and mayhem not being a model citizen. Either way I think low riders with working hydraulics along with new different motorcycles ranging from cruisers to crotch rockets wouldn't be something people would complain about...although they probably would still find a way to.

I played TLAD after GTA5.

It was hard for me to identify myself with a character that was about to die. It was a sad experience and the ending was kind of anticlimactic and atmosphere was gritty.

I doubt the prequel will work out well when we speak of annihilation of entire chapter of Lost.

You know, i read somewhere that Rockstar developed a certain distaste to the bikers during TLAD development, so they got their frustration off in GTA5. But is that really the reason? At least this would be plausible why bikers aren't that prominent in GTA5.

Look, Johnny is not invincible, he happened to have moved to Los Santos for god knows what which Rockstar can do, it's their f*cking game, and we already know Trevor and JK has history, Trevor just decided to get rid of him. So.........Y SO SERIOUS?

Nope, Rockstar did quite a lot of research for TLAD, it was fans reactions that were negative, not wanting to play as some racist biker scum, etc. A huge amount of feedback was sent to Rockstar stating how let down they were that they wasted millions promoting racist biker culture, etc. So in the end, Rockstar ditched it as well as changing their plans for TBOGT to be less depressing and more fun. Resulting in the story changes.

no.

i'd rather have an immigrant-themed DLC for V, with someone getting mixed up with the Aztecas or Vagos or something smuggling and dealing with gang wars.

give SP gang wars! then i can load up my crew and go blow up bikers.

Plus him and his brothers often insult the AoD for being racist. So these fans are f*cking stupid and Rockstar should have never listened to them...

How were they not dissapointed in themselves for following the stupid bouncer working in a sh*tty club fad with annoyingly sh*t music and overdone pink color. Bleh. You don't cater to two opposites only to choose a side (in which they picked the obvious crappier one) and destroy the other.

Biker fad? You realise this isn't the 60's and 70's anymore do you? Bikers haven't been a "fad" for decades.

Secondly, so Rockstar were wrong for chosing to make a protagonist who didn't have money, mansions and exotic sports cars on their mind all the time? Wow, well I guess that they were wrong to make Trevor aswell. But in all seriousness Rockstar needs to realise that their fanbase isn't all Young Money Millionaire $wagfags.

I really hope that in future Rockstar attempts a biker protagonist again. But that said they either have to be in a multi protagonist game and/or a TLAD style DLC.

That's what happens when people look only at the reveal trailer for the game and never play it. It's quite similar to SA back in 2004, when some people hated it, because it had a black protagonist and dealt with african-american street gangs.

TLaD was unlucky in that, unlike SA, much less people played it and TBoGT had much better reception from the general population. R* in their "damage control, gotta bow to the audience" phase they went through in V's development just thought no one at all liked TLaD.

You are clearly a part of the fad, then. When's your next Sons of Anarchy marathon scheduled? :p

Don't be quoting my month old posts, I'm done with this forum :p

EDIT: To clarify, it's as much a returned fad as the pirates fad sparked by Disney and the god damn vampire teen fad. I can't even go outside with feeling like I'm in a crazy broadway musical :p

My appologies I didn't even look at the date.

That said though I want another biker protagonist at somepoint. It doesn't have to be the next game, or even the three after it. I just feel that they didn't portray bikers the right way in TLAD (hell they call themselves a "gang" when no real biker ever would). I just want it when we have a game set in the appropriate time period (60's or 70's) when we can have a biker who has something real againist society, such as being a Vietname vet pissed off after the clusterf*ck that the war was.

I don't think we'll see another biker DLC. It wouldn't augment the main story in the way that TLAD did for IV.TLAD was a result of the thinking that gave us three protags in V, though separate to IV because they couldn't quite make it work in 2008. We'll see DLC that revolves around Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. Besides, I believe Rockstar did say they weren't going to do episodic DLC for V like they did in IV.
