if smoking pot is one of them, we should rejoice. it's harmless.

there's a lot of other things they could be doing that we should actually be worried about.

 

I'd rather catch my kids getting high than binge drinking or smoking cigarettes.

Just become a grower or budtender. I made weed my career path and don't have to worry about cops sweating me (prop. 215 compliant).

if any of that weed travels out of the great state of california then you will have to worry about cops sweating you. Cops in the non legal states are all about people who get their weed shipped from California, Washington, Colorado and Oregon we never ship out of state or need to because it's illegal. Our meds are locally grown here in los angeles and occasionally shipped up to northern California. We get our clones/mothers from northern California all in compliance with the law.

For those of us who aren't fortunate enough to live in a state where marijuana is legalized/allowed for medical use, and those who don't have a source for weed, I've had a good experience with CBD hemp oil cartridges. They sell them at one of the gas stations in my town. Kind of expensive, but they work very well. Gives a very relaxing head high that lasts for about 30 minutes on just a few puffs. Of course they're not as good as the real thing, but when all of your connections are dry or MIA, having one can be a godsend.

 

Unfortunately, they can be very difficult to find, as they sell out of them very quickly. Also, asking the attendant at different stations if they carry "CBD hemp oil" can result in some funny looks.

Eph Star: Yeah, I never enjoyed smoking weed when i was at school or college, especially the first few times. You'll enjoy it a lot more if you just relax outside or in a house, when you build a tolerence smoking at work's alright, but even when I'd smoked since I was 14 I didn't enjoy smoking at work, it's much better suited to chill out after work.

Then again, some people just don't really enjoy weed and fair enough to them if they tried it and made and made an informed decision.

It changes with time too, my wife used to hate weed but since our boy was born, she's been able to really enjoy it. I think having a variety of strains to experiment with helps as well.

Lol no. Its a three day west coast bass culture festival. Aesop Rock is the headliner. An Yheti. Look up his sh*t or sweaterbeats to get an idea of the music scene there. Its ran by camp question mark, a camp at burning man.

before I moved to Denver, when I lived in St Louis, there was this big festival in the woods that I used to go to almost every Summer after we turned 17. it's called Schwagstock and it basically like a techno-bluegrass camping music and drugs fest down in the offsets area of Missouri. total hippy blowout.

 

but it's a really fun scene where everybody mostly smokes pot, eats shrooms (and lots of BBQ chicken), drops acid, and dances with the trees for a few days. haven't found something quite like that around Colorado yet.
