JiNX77
At the very start of online you dropped more money. It may have been everything in your pockets. I don't recall for sure but I know at one point the drop was $5000 each time. That got changed to the current $500 on one of the first patches presumably because irresponsible people who never banked the money and lost it complained to R*. s13racer316
Rockstar would never allow that, it would be used to exchange large amounts of cash between players. This... first thing I thought of when I started reading this thread. Though legitimately I would have lost a lot of money if this were in affect. tjor24
Sorry, but if they added this, they would break something in the process. Probably, but this would be an exciting new element. Only problem is that it would probably be exploited by hackers or something...
Laker23
That would be a horrible idea especially if you're playing missions with randoms.

Urban Legend
I lose all my money on the first of every month! But that's in a different game. It sounds like a good idea. It needs some kinda limit on it like you dropping a percentage not everything. Or just vary how much you drop depending on our death. Are there graves online? I think RDRedemption had it right? Given u a chance to scoop your sh*t back up.
Alex Wesker
God no. The amount of times I've been killed by some other person after finishing a job is ridiculously frustrating. I'd have no time to bank the cash.
McBean007
Personally i think it would be amazing if you dropped all your money if someone killed you, it'd be so realistic, if i got killed in the street the wouldn't take only 145$ when i have 1.2M on me haha! Obviously they would have to be some regulation behind it like cant be killed for maybe 3 minutes after a job or after leaving your house garage ect. I think it would bring the whole lets gang up and go earn some money idea to the game instead of doing teddious missions all day, and i know your all going to say well what if i have all my 12m on me and i die, then well tbh mate its your own fault for carrying 12M on you... What do you guys think? Let me know Ok I'm telling Brian b at rockstar to sh*t in your console Must screenshot this xD haha

Broblab
Only if you want everyone camping at martins house. i think he meant like....cash. even if i pick up 20 bucks from a killed player. i hide and bank it so i drop literally nothing when killed. luisniko
When designing an Online game, developer should think how players not to get f*cked by griefers and hackers.
