GTA San Andreas : Adding (not replacing) new weapons?

So I've been searching around to see if theres a way to add brand new weapons to GTA SA rather then replace/reskin the existing weapons, but I havent found any strait awnsers leaving me scratching my head.

If possible, how does one go about adding new weapons to the game? All the stuff I've downloaded like thw Weapon Limit mod doesnt come with proper instructions or any thing at all so I have no clue how to use them to add new weapons.

 

So if possible could someone show me or tell me how to add new weapons (most likely using the weapon limit mod). The first gun I want to add is a H&K G3 if thats out there, or a FN FAL. I intend to make them as assault rifles.

IMO adding new weapons for SA is worthless, until we don't have any working weapon limit adjuster. Well, I know how to add them, it works, but it's buggy, and buggy, and buggy, and sometimes crashes with no reason.
