This tool will let you Edit the Properties(intensity, Color, Time)

of Particles of Vice city Like Exhaust Fumes, Rain, Blood, etc.

During the Game Play, So that you can see the instant Effects,

This make's the Game Much more Interesting/Funny/Real Depending on your Creativity,

The tool Gives you Dual Control,

In-Game or Tab-out,

just Run the Tool,

Select the particle & it's any Property,

& Change the Value from Given Value Editor

I prefer VB for any GUI apps & C++ is for making DlLL/flt/asi only,

Yeah it looks,

My plan was to make it Totally usable via Hotkeys & Mouse Cursor,

but as my friend Suggested, Some people, having Dual Monitor would Love to use Such Things,

So, here is the Beta,

 

Beta is to show the Ability of this Tool,

UI is never a big Problem for Modders

Now i am done with Car Simulator & now working again for IGP final release,

recently Done with Mouse Cursor,

this will help to choose options from Left Menu & some other Work,
