A new spectator glitch?

I've experienced the spectator glitch a number of times.. all while watching TV but tonight it happened during missions. Right after being killed.

 

The first time was during Rooftop Rumble.. the host said he was ordering a helicopter so I was like, okay, whatever.. it's a waste of money but I'll get on. And then he crashed it. And then I was stuck spectating the area where we died. I can turn around but I can't choose weapons... I was just sitting there.

 

The odd part was that there was no sound or microphone chat until someone picked up the briefcase.. and that part is weird because the host was carrying the briefcase when the helicopter was destroyed.. why didn't the mission end?

 

The same thing just happened while playing "A sinking feeling"... (i'm still waiting for this mission to end as I post this).

Happens 5/10 times when i send a mugger at someone and then watch them on TV in the 400K appartment. From there on out you can shoot them but cannot hurt them, except with the RPG or granades. You can still blow them to bits.

 

Oh and you are in god mode while you are glitched, at least in free mode. So you can just hover with 5 stars, shooting down police choppers/waste ammo ect.

I can't even bring up the weapon wheel First time I've seen this happen during mission
